You can leave your car in our convenient private parking and within a few minutes' walk, you can reach the picturesque lakeside of Arona, from where you can admire a unique view. Let us know what your interests are and we will be happy to advise you on the best way to organize your day. Our region offers various alternatives, from natural wonders to villages to visit, islands to discover, and beaches to relax and enjoy the dolce far niente. All our rooms welcome you with a private bathroom, including bath and bed linen. We do not offer breakfast service, but the rooms are equipped with a fridge, kettle, and some of them even have a coffee machine, allowing you to have breakfast directly in your room. Alternatively, within a few minutes' walk in the city center, you will find a wide choice of pastry shops and cafes to start the day with a typical local breakfast. Our guesthouse has a separate entrance from the main residence, ensuring maximum freedom in terms of timings. Arona is a strategic location for traveling by train, bus, or boat to various destinations on Lake Maggiore, Lake Orta, Milan, the Milan Rho Fair, and even Switzerland. During the months from April to October, there is also a public bus service that connects to Malpensa Airport. Please note that pets are not allowed. Cooking is not permitted in the rooms or common areas, but our garden is available to all guests for sunbathing or relaxing outdoors. We are also available for monthly or medium-term stays. Starting from 1/04/2026, the tourist tax required by the municipality of Arona will be € 3.00 per night for each guest starting from 6 years of age.
